Water bill is 150.000VND/person/month; service charge is 300.000VND/month, electricity is calculated as meter number and multiply 4000VND. Please notify us if you have early check-in or late check-out. - Vietnam has humid weather, so if you find any insects at the room, please inform us (especially after rain, bugs and insects come out a lot). We recommend that you clean out food and snack in order to avoid aunts - Guests who carry foreigner passports kindly present passport with the valid entry visa for the check-in procedure. We have right to refuse to provide accommodation if guests’ passport/ID and visa expired. You must be fully responsible before the law of Vietnam and the Apartment if you violate. - Please notify that main door closes at 10PM, but don’t worry our security staff always available there to open door for you. - Keep the noise down after 10PM until 8AM next day - If you accidentally break or damage something, please inform us. Penalty may apply - Please do not make stain or dirty at bed sheets, towels, or sofa. Penalty may apply - Please inform us in advance if you invite your friend stay over and the extra charge will be applied. - Smoking is allowed, please have a smoke at designed area including balcony, outside the apartment, and outdoor area at second floor. - NO PARTY, NO DRUGS, NO SMELLY FOOD, NO PETS and NO PROSTITUTE.
