New flooring was installed throughout “Carolina Saltaire" including the kitchen, living room, staircase, bathrooms, and each bedroom. Each room in this beautiful home is professionally coordinated with paint colors and furnishings.   The fresh paint captures the colors of the coastal beauty. Each bathroom is all new, with unique vanities and custom tile work. All new doors throughout “Carolina Saltaire" features beautiful hardware and enhances the quality of the home. Most neighborhoods and villa communities have their own private pool for guests staying in that specific area. Please note that the pools at the Hyatt Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and the Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved exclusively for Hyatt hotel guests and are not available to vacation rental guests. The Seagrove Villa Community Pool is open Seasonally: (April 15th - October 15th) The Wild Dunes Community has a strict no pet policy for non-residents.  Pets are not allowed within the gates of the community. No smoking Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM. Wild Dunes has many beach access paths located throughout the community. Due to erosion from recent storms, some access paths are closed for repair. The access path located at the end of Seagrove Lane (to the left of Seagrove Villas) as well as the beach access path located in front of the Seagrove community pool are currently closed. The access path to the right of Seagrove Villa is open, which will lead you to a healthy beach in front of the Grand Pavilion. It is located between Seagrove Villa and the Grand Pavilion neighborhood. This path is to the right of buildings 10 and 11.
