Located on Hadlock Lake in Fort Ann, NY, this lakefront vacation rental sits on one acre of private land and is only one of the few properties with a large private yard, a walk-in sandy beach, and a six-person outdoor hot tub! It is a perfect year-round vacation spot. The two docks have space for a 22′ boat and are also an excellent place for early morning fishing. The dock space and beach are private to the home. Enjoy the floating dock for swimming and more! There’s a BBQ available for outdoor cooking, upper and lower patios near the water, and a waterfront fireplace for late-night campfires. This Adirondack vacation rental sleeps ten people and has a fully equipped kitchen, an oversized porch overlooking the lake, a custom-built stone fire pit, and a large yard. This home has four bedrooms, two of which are king with sliding glass doors, and one is on the main level. The third bedroom features a custom twin bed and a twin over twin bunkbed. The last bedroom has a twin over full bed. The home also has two full baths, a washer and dryer, A/C, and two living rooms with lake views. The detached bar/game room has a pool table, shuffleboard, dartboard, and a large porch with lake views, perfect for small gatherings. This vacation rental is pet-friendly; bring your four-legged friend for a small fee, dogs only. Must submit an up-to-date Rabies Vaccination card. Enjoy all the lake has to offer by renting kayaks or paddleboards; ask us how. There are good hiking trails within two miles. This lakefront rental is minutes from Lake George Village, which offers outlet shopping, amusement parks, and cultural events. Saratoga is 40 minutes away, and Albany Airport is 1 hour away, close to all activities yet away from it all. ***Once your booking is confirmed, we will ask for your email and then send you via email the rental agreement that needs to be electronically signed*** This must be done for you to receive check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in, which is 4 pm. You must be 25 years old or older to book. 2 dogs are allowed a max of 40 pounds.
