Due to its location in the Maxpassage, the apartment is very quiet yet incredibly central. A comfortable premium bed (1.60m) and a cozy sofa bed (1.40m) provide space for up to 4 people - perfect for couples, families, or small groups. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a private bathroom with a shower, and a comfortable couch with a coffee table to make you feel right at home. A popular highlight of the apartment is a smart projector for a cinematic experience. Large windows allow plenty of natural light into the apartment, and warm lighting sources create a pleasant atmosphere for a cozy stay. Guest access We operate entirely digitally. This way we make your stay as pleasant as possible right from the beginning. On the day of arrival, we will send you your personal access code and brief instructions on how to access the apartment via email. You have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note To protect our guests and staff, we have implemented a comprehensive hygiene concept. After each booking, the apartment is professionally cleaned to the highest hotel room standards.
