The first floor includes three bedrooms and the second floor includes two additional bedrooms. The size of this house makes it very convenient for multiple families and can accommodate up to 16 guests. Guest access First floor: BR#1 - a Queen & Single bedroom with private bath, BR#2 - a Double and a Single bed with a private bath, and BR#3 a Trapeze bed (single over a double with a pull out double) with a private bath. This floor also has a half bath. The floor also has a separate Game Room with Foos Ball, Bumper Pool and a Pull Out Double Sofa Bed. Second floor: BR#4 - Master King bedroom with private bath and custom shower BR#5 - Queen bed and bath. Kitchen and main living area are located on this floor to take advantage of the ocean views. Decks are off both sides of the house on both levels. The top ocean side deck has rockers to relax in.. Other things to note CANCELLATION - You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify The Copper Top in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 30 days before the stay), including inclement weather (but not including mandatory evacuations), you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to The Copper Top.
