The entire basement is accessible to guests. There are no shared indoor spaces with the residents upstairs. Other things to note All guests must be 25 and older (not counting guests’ children) NO PARTIES. We love our neighbors and do not wish to disturb them. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS BEYOND 4. NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND ON PREMISES. NO DRUGS. NO PETS. NO WEAPONS. ***Your stay will immediately be terminated smoking of any kind (weed, cigarettes, etc) is detected. In addition, a $350 fee will be charged to rid the furniture, carpet, and vents of the odor.*** You will have 5 days prior to your check-in date to cancel the reservation without penalty if any of the above requests will not work for your group. If you choose not to abide by any of these rules while staying in the unit, you are forfeiting the reservation and it will be canceled with NO REFUND and you will be required to leave immediately. The cleaning fees cover basic cleaning and professionally laundered linen; it DOES NOT include the cleaning of rugs and upholstery. In the event these additional cleanings are required ( ex: odor caused by smoking on the premises) an additional cleaning fee will be charged as explained above.
