ONLY names that are indicated on the approved guest form will be allowed to enter in the premises. HOUSE RULES: ▪️No unregistered guests allowed. ▪️No pets allowed. ▪️No parties or events allowed. ▪️No open flames or candles ▪️No smoking/vaping inside the unit and all common areas. ▪️Keep cooking to a minimum. ▪️No frying of fish, dried squid, salted dried fish (tuyô/daing) and other strong smelling. ▪️No jackfruit,durian & breadfruit (marang) is allowed inside the unit. PARKING: Pay parking is available at Shore's commercial areas. Php 50 first 4 hours. Php 50 per hour succeeding hour. additional P300 for overnight (on top of the hourly charge), after 1:30am to 6:00am. (please refer to our listing album) GUIDE: ▪️If you're coming from NAIA airport we suggest you book GRAB instead of taxi (white) or airport taxi (yellow) because they are quite expensive. ▪️Shore 3 Tower 2 is less than 10 mins walk to MOA/IKEA (via Bayshore Ave / Pea Road.) ▪️20 mins drive to the Manila International Airport (via skyway). ▪️The street or the road infront of Shore have jeepneys with routes to MOA/IKEA, MRT- TAFT STATION & LRT-EDSA STATION and Baclaran Church (yellow multicab). ▪️Along J.W Diokno Blvd (near traffic light) there are ejeep, multicab & toktok with routes to LRT-BUENDIA STATION, World Trade Center & FB Harisson. ▪️If you are going to the Senate of the Philippines/GSIS you can take the same toktok but please ask the driver first if they will pass by the Senate/GSIS. Our Cancellation policy is Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking,if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
