Very bright, well appointed ground-floor studio apartment nestled in a serene, tree-lined neighbourhood, where long-term residents add to the sense of community. A kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials for preparing simple meals. There's a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and basic cookware at your disposal and a double induction hotplate. All utilities, fast Wi-Fi, a Chromecast for your entertainment, and the added bonus of in suite laundry. Step outside to your own private patio! The space The studio is located on the first floor of a house. It has the front door with keypad entry. Please note both doors have privacy film in the windows. You cannot see in or out and it leaves beautiful natural sunlight through. As you walk in, on the left is the Queen size bed with high end Kingstown pillow top medium firm bed. There are drawers under the bed. There are cabinets on each side of the bed and above for storage. To the right you will find the laundry system and entry closet. Then the bathroom is also located in this area. There are 2 steps down into the washroom. The acrytech deep bathtub is perfect for hot bath. Please note there is on demand hot water system so you will never run out of hot water. As you exit of the bathroom to the right is a kitchenette. Vintage looking but new blue full size fridge, double induction hot plate, microwave, air fryer and a full-size dishwasher. The entire space is bright and cozy all in one! There are blinds that can be closed completely to keep out the light and room darkening curtains. The space has a 42" TV, full cable, Crave, HBO,including Netflix & and chrome cast The kitchenette is fully equipped with cutlery, pots and pans, dishes and all the basics you would need for cooking. The back door leads to your private stone garden patio. There is free street parking just outside your front door. Guest access You will have access to anything inside the studio. Other things to note This is part of the house but completely separated and private. We live upstairs so there will be some noise but no small children running around, just a couple of kittens and us a couple in our 50's leading busy lives. This is overall a quiet residential area.
