This 1st floor, 1,100sqft condo can sleep up to 8, includes (2) comfy king size beds, a sleeper sofa, and an air mattress. For your convenience, we provide starter amenities for your stay and included with your rental are: (2) Toilet paper rolls per bathroom (2) Rolls of paper towels (2) Trash bags per trash can (1) Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap per bathroom (1) Dish soap and sponge * Please note amenities provided are meant to be utilized as a starter set and are not intended to last the length of your stay. Please pack accordingly for longer stays. Other things to note ***WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED (from Memorial Day to Labor Day)*** Don't get towed, please! Only two parking passes are provided with one reserved and one covered spot; second parking pass is for general parking and is first come first serve. Guests will be provided with 8 wristbands (max amount allowed). No pets allowed. Maximum occupancy of 8 which is not to be exceeded at anytime. Early check in (when available) for a small fee.
