COUETTE & living is a 160 m2 vacation home. Completely renovated in 2023 to accommodate up to 7 guests. The ground floor includes an entrance and fully equipped open kitchen, dining room and bathroom. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with toilets. On the 2nd floor, the "attic" accommodates a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with single bed and finally a TV lounge. The space ON THE GROUND FLOOR Entrance and open kitchen of 26 m2: oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, range hood, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes and kitchen utensils, dishes and cutlery. High table and stools. Entrance with closed cupboard and wardrobe for clothes and shoes. 30 m2 dining room with a spacious solid oak dining table and 8 chairs, large storage closet. Plus: a glass hatch revealing the vaulted stone cellar under the house. A laundry area under the stairs including a washing machine with eco-friendly detergent, a clothes drying rack, an ironing board and an iron. Bathroom: bathroom with hand basin in Burgundy stone and terracotta floor tiles. ON THE FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1: large 20 m2 bedroom with canopy and light across. Firm double bed of 140 x 200 cm arranged in the center of the room with Pyrenex down duvet and 2 pillows per person. Closed cupboards and dressing room with wardrobe. Linen curtains on the windows for the day and velvet blackout curtains for the night. Bathroom 1: adjoining bedroom 1. With an area of 5 m2: toilet, spacious shower, sink, towel dryer, hair dryer, bath towels and welcome products. Closed storage closet. Linen sheers on the window during the day and blackout curtain at night. Bedroom 2: 14 m2 bedroom with soft queen-size bed of 160 x 200 cm with Pyrenex down duvet and 2 pillows per person. Flat-screen TV connected to the internet with HDMI cable and ethernet cable as needed. Guest access A private courtyard allows you to enjoy the outdoors (barbecue and garden furniture). A closed room also allows you to store your bikes. Private parking: it is possible to park 3 vehicles in the secure courtyard closed by a motorized gate.
