This amazing house is in the heart of Wrigleyville/Lakeview East! Just a short 4 minute drive/ 15 minute walk to Wrigleyfield and all the fabulous bars and restaurants in the area. You'll have access to a 2-car covered parking garage. There is also free street parking in front of the house if you are bringing more than 2 cars. The area is extremely walkable, you probably won't have to use your car at all during your stay! Ubers/Lyfts are readily available as well. If you have more than 16 guests there will be a $50 per night per person fee to accommodate the additional cleaning and wear & tear on the house. The house can sleep a MAX of 19 people. This listing comes with 2 units. Entrance to both are from the main entrance. The left door goes to the bottom unit and the right door goes to the top unit. There are also interior stairs at the back of the house to access all parts of the house including the laundry room and basement.
