The villa, located in a prestigious residential area, is located in Porto Empedocle between the nearby Scala dei Turchi and the Valley of the Temples. The fenced property, with parking space, has a large veranda with sea view and is surrounded by a garden. It overlooks the equipped beaches. Bedrooms will be made available based on the number of people at the time of booking and any extra ones will be closed. The space The villa consists of: Four bedrooms with the addition, on request, of a folding crib, equipped with air conditioning, bed linens and towels. Two en-suite bathrooms with shower and an outdoor shower. Living room with adjoining stove equipped with every comfort. Availability of bedrooms and bathrooms based on the number of occupants indicated in the reservations. Guest access You can reach Porto Empedocle in less than 5 minutes, where you can buy local fish, bread and excellent quality sweets. Visit the Tower of Charles V, appreciate the statue of Inspector Montalbano and that of Luigi Pirandello. Tasting typical dishes is truly an unforgettable experience. The village is very characteristic and welcoming with very friendly, affable and fashionable people. You can: • visit the legendary Turkish Steps (just 4 km from the place); • visit the magnificent and magical Valley of the Temples of Agrigento and other wonderful, evocative tourist and seaside attractions. Other things to note Bedrooms will be made available according to the number of guests specified in the booking. Any additional rooms will simply remain closed and will not be accessible during your stay. All other rooms in the house will remain completely available for guest use, including the bathrooms, kitchen, veranda, and all other areas of the house. The owners have free access to the property in the event of breakdowns, with prior notice, and always in the areas outside the villa for garden maintenance and related activities at least every two days.
