Our apartment house in Velika Plaza in Ulcinj is simply something special. It is located just 1.2 km from the beautiful beaches that are unique in Montenegro and throughout Europe. The proximity to these stunning beaches allows our guests to fully enjoy the natural beauty of the coast. However, what really distinguishes our apartment building is the quiet and green environment in which it is located. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building overlooking the pool. The inviting terrace door provides access to the apartment. The patio door can be opened fully as you wish, so your vacation can start right by the pool. In the living/dining area there is a comfortable corner sofa, which can be used as an additional sleeping facility. Of course, air conditioning and a small TV are also a must. A dining table and a small kitchen with a refrigerator, a stovetop, a sink, a kettle and cutlery and dishes for daily needs are also available. The master bedroom is equipped with a cozy double bed and air conditioning. In addition to a spacious wardrobe, a generous dresser also offers you enough storage space for your luggage, so you don't have to do without anything even during longer stays. The adjoining second bedroom has a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the property. Parking is available in front of the house free of charge. Guest access Swimming pool available to all guests. The residential complex also has two shared kitchens, which can be used at any time. A shared kitchen is located outside on the lower level. The other is on the 4th floor. On the fourth and fifth floors there is a washing machine, which can be used by all guests. You will need your own detergent for this. Other things to note If you have a dog as a pet, it must not be left alone in the apartment without supervision.
