Whether you're unwinding after a day exploring the city or catching up on work, you'll feel right at home. The Lexington building offers a secure entrance and is conveniently located within walking distance to many of Liverpool's top attractions, including museums, galleries, shops, and restaurants. It’s just a 10–12 minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and within walking distance of: *The Royal Albert Dock *Museum of Liverpool *Liverpool ONE Shopping Centre *Echo Arena and Exhibition Centre Guest access NOTE: We offer self-check-in for this apartment and you will have to collect the keys from a Keynest point located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST (approximately 10-15 minutes walk from The Lexington building) Other things to note Upon booking: We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport for all adult guests. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same as the name on your Airbnb account. To ensure a smooth and worry-free experience during your stay, a £39 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver is required for your reservation after booking. This waiver is provided through STRLY and offers you peace of mind by protecting against accidental damage during your stay. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible with an extra fee, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out. Please do ask us! We operate a self-check-in. Before you arrive at the apartment, you will first need to collect the keys from the store. All check-in details can be found on the guest portal. ***PETS ARE ALLOWED WITH A £35 PET FEE (PER PET) ***We provide one complimentary cleaning for long-term stays (24 nights and above) ***Cleaning fee is £79 for additional cleaning -Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £500 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. -NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £500 fee will incur. -No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions, and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests. NOTE: We have multiple units in one building, and while the size of each apartment remains consistent, the layouts may vary. Please expect some changes with the color of the sofa, bedding, and bed frame but the size and the layout are the same, some furniture changed as we wanted to improve our apartment and for the guest's liking.
