Surfer’s Penthouse en-suite/kitchen access

Your room is the spacious master bedroom with private en-suite bathroom and sofa for relaxing with a book. You are welcome to share the cooking facilities in the apartment, not everyone wants to eat out all the time. Located in the heart of Newquay, this top floor apartment is the ideal place to base your holiday. With shops, bars, restaurants and nearest surf 🏄‍♂️ beach 5 minutes walk away, you will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located yet quiet place. The space The accommodation is in a quiet, spacious purpose built apartment building on the 2nd floor with nice views of the sea. There is no elevator so you will need to use the stairs. There is the walkway balcony by the front door which is a sun trap in the morning and a lovely location to drink a coffee on a sunny morning. There is also a Juliet balcony with a great view of the sea. I have a 9’ foam surfboard which I’m happy to lend to people who will look after it. It is excellent for learning on and make catching the smaller waves of the summer so much easier. Previous guests have had a lot of fun and success. Guest access You have exclusive access to your bedroom with its private en-suite and recliner sofa and TV. You are welcome to share other parts of my home i.e. use of the kitchen, dining area and lounge. The lounge is currently not heated and in the winter I use it mostly as an exercise location and surfboard store. During your stay I will be around some of the time and be delighted to offer advice about the local attractions, places to go and eat. I have a keen interest in the best places to surf and see live music. You’ll be able to stay in touch with the app and face to face conversations. Other things to note There is some first come first served parking at the apartment (parking disc is required) Parking is free on the street. I sometimes park there. NB if parking, make sure the parking permit disc is displayed inside your car to avoid problems with the parking enforcement company.
