This 1-bedroom apartment is waiting for you only about 200 m from the beach! The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the Berolina apartment complex and is suitable for max. 2 people with a living area of approx. 26 m². The combined living and sleeping room has a modern, comfortable box spring double bed (160x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, a dining table and access to the covered, furnished balcony. The well-equipped pantry kitchen, for with a 2-burner stove, fridge and microwave is open to the living area. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub that provides relaxation after a long day at the beach. The Wi-Fi connection is of course included for you. An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). The use of the indoor swimming pool, the three communal roof terraces with sea and land views as well as the table tennis room are of course free of charge. You can park your bicycles in one of the 2 basement rooms in house A or in the bicycle room on the ground floor between house A and B. In house D, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee/coin-operated machines) on the *contact info removed* floors. Want to take your dog on vacation?
