This elegant 3-bedroom home boasts a gourmet cook's kitchen, complete with a Viking range, two dishwashers, skylight, island seating, a lower kitchen table, and French doors that lead to a lovely backyard patio, perfect for outdoor dining. Fire up the grill and enjoy the warm evenings as you dine al fresco. Savor snacks and drinks under the moonlight on our second-floor outdoor porch, or unwind in the luxurious master bedroom featuring a cozy fireplace and a spacious bathroom with a double head shower. The guest bathroom includes a tub and shower, and for your convenience, laundry facilities are located in the basement. In addition to the comfortable bedrooms, our home offers a functional office with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space, as well as the porch access for enjoying the outdoors on a beautiful day in the city. The office is equipped with an extra monitor. Your safety is our top priority, and we have installed smoke detectors and first-aid kits throughout the property. Our charming retreat is easily accessible by public transportation and street parking permits are available upon request. Street parking is available by request with a parking pass. The carriage house that sits behind the home is not for guests, however; that completely separate building on the property hosts other guests. Other things to note Pet is allowed, but there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee of $80.00 per pet per stay for a maximum of a five (5) night stay for the extra work involved in the cleaning and other related services related to the pet(s).
