Recently updated and decorated, this gorgeous getaway sits conveniently close to several local attractions including miles of pristine ocean beach, Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, the Palm Harbor Golf Club, and the historic Fort Matanzas National Monument, all within a few miles of your door! Back home, the great room is set beneath a soaring ceiling and illuminated by towering windows welcoming in plenty of natural light. Prepare all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen with an assortment of stainless steel appliances and then meet up for mealtimes or family game nights at the large dining table or outdoors on your furnished and shaded deck. An additional full kitchen and dining area can also be found on the lower-level to help with entertaining or as an additional option for guests desiring their own space. Gather in the main-level living area where you can switch on the gas fireplace and stream all your favorite channels into the evening, or head outside and gather at the firepit to roast s'mores, share stories, and watch the stars come out. When you're craving a little friendly competition, head upstairs to the loft where you'll find a full-size pool table and dry bar.
