The master queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity & toilet; and the main bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower & vanity, with a separate toilet. Clipper Getaway has reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout the holiday house for year-round comfort. There is a spacious open plan living area comprising the kitchen, dining & lounge room, with direct access to the large rear deck overlooking the rear yard. The lounge room has cane lounge seating with a large television (with USB & HDMI ports), CD player & radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine & large fridge/freezer; and is adjacent to the dining area. Kids and adults will enjoy relaxing in the retreat with a large television (with USB & HDMI ports), DVD player, DVD's, board games, bean bags & tabletop arcade games. The laundry at the accommodation is fully equipped with a front load washing machine, iron, ironing board, and a fold-up clothesline in the rear yard. On the rear deck overlooking the lawned area in the fenced rear yard, is an outdoor entertaining area with seating & a flat plate barbecue. Pets are welcome inside (wet areas only) at Clipper Getaway by prior arrangement with Country Getaways. Just let the Country Getaways staff know when making a booking if you would like to bring a pet with you for your stay. For those coming to fish from Point Turton, there are fish cleaning facilities in the rear yard. The jetty & boat ramp are only a short drive away from the holiday house, or fishing charters can be booked which launch from the Point Turton boat ramp. Whilst some properties may have minimal quantities of toilet paper, washing powders & detergents, and soap; it is expected that guests will bring their own items for the length of their stay. Generally, nothing is provided in the way of food items. Guests need to bring their own tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and other food stuffs.
