The kitchen also features a breakfast bar and brand new stainless steel appliances. The family room has a new 55 inch smart TV. The house is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi! The main bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and ultra comfortable Matress. A large walk in closet, main full bathroom, and tasteful modern matching furniture, a 55 inch smart TV and decor are provided. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed and brand new modern furniture and decor. The third bedroom has a full size bed, a desk and work area and large closet. The house has 3 bedrooms in total. An air Matress is also provided if needed. The guest bedrooms have a guest bath that is shared. The house features a one car garage. A private back patio with furniture. This house is comfort heated and cooled with new modern Central air and forced air gas heat. Guests will be provided all toiletries, coffee, and bottled water.
