Guest access Guest has access to everything, but the master closet and the basement. Also, there is a small house on a trailer at the property that is off limits. Important: --> Please bring no more then four vehicles. If four vehicles are present we ask that you park two under the carports and two in the driveway. --> We are in the Sierra Foothills which means we do get visited by animals so please keep all food inside and when taking the trash out make sure you put the bungee cords back on the trash bins or you might wake up to trash all over the yard. --> We ask that the sports court is only used from sun up to sun down that way we can keep a good relationship with our neighbors. --> There is access to the creek right from the property please do not let your children go to the creek with out supervising them at all times --> If you walk out of the front door and make a right up the stairs you will find more stairs that lead up to Jordan St. once there make a right and the road will lead you to Deer Creek Trail and a very special suspension bridge that goes over the creek. Once you cross over the creek you can take a right and head into town (this is a longer walk than taking the neighborhood). Other things to note SMOKING FEE DISCLAIMER: We take great pride in providing a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. To ensure the well-being of everyone who stays in our property, we strictly enforce a no-smoking policy. SMOKING FEE: A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found within the premises. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with professional odor removal and restoration of the property to its smoke-free condition. Our property is routinely inspected for smoke odors after every reservation. If smoking is detected during or after your stay, the smoking fee will be applied to cover the necessary cleaning and restoration processes.
