Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis, you are surrounded by beautiful countryside and yet only 15 minutes from Tunbridge Wells Spa Town, which also has a direct trainline into Central London. The coastal towns of Brighton, Eastbourne & Hastings are all 1 hour drive away! There are plenty of National Trust sites to visit in the local area as well as a variety of restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes. The space The Beehive sits in the garden of our family home. It consists of a well equipped kitchen, it has a two ring hob and a full size combo oven (conventional and microwave oven) as well as a standard size fridge with freeze box. The kitchen is open plan to the sitting room area. The bedroom area is screened with sliding doors & has a double bed and one bedside table. There is a separate toilet, basin & shower room. The whole dwelling has under floor heating. The garden includes a large pond and a paddock with a great view, you have access to a small Summer House should you want to shelter when enjoying the paddock views, a BBQ is also available. You can access many beautiful country walks, as well as two local pubs! Please note there is a parking space on site - this is on a large secluded drive shared with the family home. The Beehive has outside lights and an outside seating area and its own separate entrance. Guest access We are happy for you to access the garden andthe paddock and enjoy the surrounding areas. Other things to note There is a large pond, so please exercise caution at all times. There are two life rings near the waters edge.
