The 1st floor hosts 4 people, there are 2 bedrooms with double bed each (semi-double mattress), 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), living room with fireplace and balcony with amazing view. There is also a dining area with a second fireplace and access to a second covered terrace. The house is surrounded by ample space which allows residents to sit outside at any time of day. The roof of the house is designed so that the tenants can go up and experience an amazing sunset and the beautiful view of Kissamos bay. Ideal for lovers of the starry sky. Guest access In the village you can take nice walks. It has a small square, a cafe, a church and a cultural center where during summer, various traditional events with music are organized. In the neighboring villages (10' by car) there are mini markets, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes. At 10' is the nearest beach by car. The house is strategically located near world famous beaches such as Falasarna, Elafonisi and Balos.
