Nice cabin in a great location by the beach & sea views

Enjoy beautiful ocean views and sunsets from our nice house with a fantastic location - just 50 meters from the beach! There is a large patio with lounge furniture and evening sun, airy living room with panoramic sea views, spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and fresh bathroom. Dining areas are available both inside and outside. Only a few weeks per year are bookable. We welcome guests with positive reviews on Airbnb. For safety reasons, the accommodation is not suitable for children or infants. The space The cottage has a lovely open floor plan with the kitchen at one end, dining area in the middle and the large living room at the other end. From the entrance door, you enter the spacious hall that leads on to the dining area. From the hall, you also reach the bathroom. The cottage has two bedrooms at each end of the house - one is next to the kitchen and the other next to the living room. The third bedroom is located in the guest house, which is a separate building. The living room is airy with a roof up to the ridge and large windows overlooking the sea. There is a large inviting corner sofa to curl up in as well as a comfortable armchair with a footstool. For entertainment, there is a TV with AppleTV that you can log in to. In the room, there is also a fireplace, but unfortunately, it is not available for use. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom with underfloor heating has both a shower and a bathtub. There is also a towel dryer and plenty of hooks to hang towels and bath towels on. The dining area has a large table with room for 6 people. From the dining area, you also have a nice view of the sea. Bedroom 1 has a 180 cm wide double bed and a bench. Bedroom 2 has two 90 cm wide single beds as well as a dresser and a sideboard. Bedroom 3, located in the guest house, has two 90 cm wide single beds as well as a dresser and chair. In the guest house, there is access to electricity but not toilet. All three bedrooms are spacious and airy. On the entrance side of the house, there is a patio with a dining table and four chairs. On this side of the house, you get morning sun and can enjoy a breakfast in the sun outdoors. On the sea side of the house, there is a large balcony that you can reach directly from the kitchen. On the terrace there is another dining table with four chairs. If necessary, chairs can be moved over from the entrance side if more seats are desired. In addition to the dining area, there is also a lovely lounge corner with a three-seater sofa and two armchairs as well as a small table. In the summer, you can see the sun go down over the sea from this place. Finally, there is also a barbecue corner on the balcony with a charcoal grill and a side table. The parking on the property easily accommodates two cars and, if necessary, it is possible to fit four cars. In the parking lot, there is also access to a charging box for electric car charging. Guest access You will have access to all the common areas of the cottage such as the living room, bathroom and kitchen (with the exception of a smaller locked storage room). The number of bedrooms you will have access to depends on how many of you there are: - For 1-2 people, you will have access to 1-2 bedrooms - specify bed choice when booking, double bed or single beds, and if separate rooms are desired. - For 3-4 people, you will have access to 2 bedrooms. - For 5-6 people, you will have access to all 3 bedrooms, of which the third bedroom is in the guest house, which is a separate building.
