You'll immediately feel right at home! Walking distance to numerous cafes, bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, a multi-sport track, and more! Two bixi stations nearby, and private parking available upon request at the cost of 125$/month! The space The kitchen and the living room are facing west and are bathed in natural light. You will also find natural plants that make the place even warmer and more inviting! The accommodation is located on the 2nd and last floor of a typical Montréal duplex in the Petite Patrie (Rosemont) borough, in the center of the city. It is perfect for any traveller who wants to be close to everything, while staying in a quiet and safe area where everything is within walking distance. The apartment is available for mid to long-term stays (31 days or longer). An exceptional bonus in Montreal : an outdoor private parking is available via clicknpark (it is located behind the house and you have to go around the block to enter from the front). - In the bedroom: an “Emma” memory foam Queen mattress, a blackout shade for a good night's sleep, and a large closet/wardrobe to allow you to store everything! - In the (large) living room: a 48" TV with access to Netflix, an electric fireplace, a futon, a footstool, and many blankets for cozy TV nights! - In the kitchen: a comfortable dining area with upholstered stools, a large island that can be used as a dining table, a work desk or a meal prep space, and all the equipment you need to cook the best dishes; coffee maker, microwave, kettle, salad spinner, full set of knives, blender, hand mixer, pans, pots, baking sheets, cutting boards, dishes... and even some cookbooks!!! - In the bathroom: a bath/shower, a washer and dryer set, a babylissPRO hair dryer, plenty of towels, an iron and plenty of storage This accommodation is your perfect “pied-à-terre” to discover or to return to Montréal! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, allowing them to enjoy their stay in complete privacy. Please note that the back staircase is reserved for emergency use only, as a fire escape. Other things to note A few things to keep in mind : - Noise / Neighbors: The building is over 110 years old… which gives it lots of charm, but not much soundproofing! Sounds like music, heavy footsteps, and vibrations travel easily, so thank you for being mindful and helping keep things peaceful for the neighbors. - Guests: Only those listed in the reservation may stay in the home. If you'd like to have someone over for a short visit, just let me know in advance — no problem! - Fireplace: It’s cozy and lovely, but for your safety, please never leave it unattended. It’s not meant to be used as the main source of heat. - Snow removal: In winter, guests are responsible for clearing snow from the balcony and stairs. A shovel will be provided, of course. - Smoking: For everyone’s comfort, smoking (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, or cannabis) is not allowed inside the home or on the balconies. A $500 deep-cleaning fee will apply if this rule is broken. 🚫 No parties or events allowed.
