This is an excellent base to explore the glorious countryside of Aberdeenshire / Royal Deeside / the Cairngorms. All just a few minutes drive from the airport. The space Large open plan living / dining / entertaining barn style room with open views to surrounding countryside, wood burning stove and plan kitchen with large island. This is a great space for family gatherings. The living space leads to private garden areas to the East and West with patio areas. The houses are designed on a single level with level access. There is a WC located in the entrance hallway and utility room incorporating a washing machine and dryer. The hallway leads to 3 x double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a family bathroom and a separate shower room. In addition there is a large master bedroom with en suite shower room and dressing room. All rooms enjoy open views over private gardens and open countryside. The house and gardens are private and not overlooked. There is parking for several cars in the driveway. While the Lodge easily accommodates 10 guests, for larger groups of up to 20 guests you could consider renting our adjacent property on the farm at The Den - https://abnb.me/v0YUMv9vXCb Guest access The guests have full access to the house and private gardens. The houses are surrounded by 25 acres of fields. Other things to note This is our family farm and members of our family live in the original farmhouse.
