Kick back and relax in this cozy stylish space. It's small but adorable with a relaxing atmosphere. It’s a perfect size for 2 people but will accommodate 4-cozy. Enjoy a glass of wine or any beverage on the quiet & private patio with a forest like setting.You can also enjoy yourself in a 2-3 person hot tub (18yrs and older only) During winter stays outdoor furniture is covered but guest are welcome to uncover and use all furniture pieces, fire pit & grill during nice days as desired. The space This. is a very small adorable cottage. The kitchen & living room are joined as open space making the kitchen small but big enough to cook in. The living room is small with a small loveseat sectional w/a lounge on one end-loveseat seats 3 people comfortable enough. This sectional also serves as a hide-a-sleeper. The bedrooms are not real big but big enough.This space sleep 4 people cozily and 2 people very comfortably. The bathroom is small but still roomy for you to dress in as well. The closet is quite roomy for a closet. It has a hanging rack with hangers. It is equipped with an iron and ironing board, extra blankets, sheets and pillows. Also supplied with playing cards & games on the storage shelf, 2 extra chairs for seating at the table if needed and there's a tower fan & stand up fan if needed. and two small heaters. There is a small laundry area big enough to do you laundry during your stay with a stack front loader washer & dryer. There is an outside patio area with an outdoor umbrella to keep the sun away while sitting outside enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine or a cocktail. We have recently added a 2-seat Hot tub outside that has two sides closed in and a roof over top in case it rains. We have added extra space to the hot tub area with a bar top and 4 barstools under an extended roof with a hanging fan to cool the area when it gets a little warm out. Must be 18 years or older to use the hot tubs, children are prohibited to use hot tub or be in hot tub area. Hot tub rules are supplied and should be used as your own discretion. Must be at least 21 to book all stays. Longer stays will require a larger cleaning fee. $50 per week after initial first $100 fee. Guest access Guest have access to the whole space inside this small adorable Airbnb. Other things to note There are beach towels stored on shelf in laundry room for the Hot tub. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE BATH TOWELS OUTSIDE FOR HOT TUB USE. Please use the beach towels only. Thank you! Also, longer stays more than one week will have additional cleaning fee of $50 per week after the initial $100 fee.
