On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a flat screen TV, and dining area, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (wood-burning oven, American-style fridge-freezer with sparkling water mixer, coffee maker, American coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave oven) with access to the porch, and a bathroom with shower. An old stone staircase leads up to the first floor, where there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower enclosure and a hydromassage tub situated under the window so as to enjoy the view over the valley. Also installed in the bathroom are a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The large windows on the ground and first floors offer glimpses and unique views over the Apuan Alps, whilst in the garden sun loungers and, at exclusive use, a hydromassage soft tub for four are also available.
