A quiet neighborhood just a short jaunt to Palafox Street downtown. This is a real home with the comforts of one. There's a large covered patio and a fenced area to hang in. Fun, colorful parrot theme throughout :) This is an owner operated home: It's a spacious studio is 1/2 of a duplex with a shared patio, yard and laundry. Details: 450 sq feet Studio, duplex unit Large kitchenette (w/cook top & convection oven) Roomy bathroom with a stand alone 6' soaking tub Covered patio (shared) Fenced yard area for your pet pal ($75 pet fee) Owner operated No karens allowed! ____________ DETAILED DESCRIPTION This spacious studio is 1/2 of a duplex with a shared patio, yard and laundry. *This 2 unit property was previously a single family home, each unit is completely private with its own entrance, however some noise does travel from one unit to the other. PARKING Off street parking for one vehicle is provided. Extra cars? No worries tons of free street parking. OUTDOOR SPACES (shared) Lovely covered patio with 2 tables, benches and chairs. Plenty of space to enjoy yourself. There's also a table and umbrella in the front yard, and another in the backyard by the fire pit! A portion of the backyard is fenced, there's a fire pit, benches, and an outdoor dining table inside the fenced area! It's a great area to hang with your dogs. This area is in the rear of the lot, so your unit doesn't open into it. -All outside areas are shared- ------------------------------------ AMENITIES ROKU or Firestick TV (no cable) Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash Bath towels (at least 2 per person) Extra linens and blankets 100% cotton sheets and pillow cases Kitchen is stocked with oil, basic spices, coffee filters, cookware, dishes. Everything you need for basic cooking and then a little extra should be on site. Shared laundry* Detergent, dryer sheets and stain spray provided BEACH SUPPLIES Beach towels Cooler Beach Umbrella ‐------------ SMOKING You're welcome to smoke outside, pick up your butts please. Additional $75 charge if I have to do it for you. No smoking of anything indoors: Recreational marijuana is not legal in Florida so be mindful of those around you. ___________________ PETS We are Pet Friendly! Bring those furry, feathery buddies on over! Your pet will likely encounter other animals during the stay since this is a 2 unit property, so no divas please... by divas I mean those with an attitude problem (reactive). The pet fee is for interior cleaning, please pick up the yard nuggets in a timely manner. We charge $75 if there's poop left behind.
