SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. HEATED POOL - BY BOOKING GUESTS AGREE TO POOL WAIVER AND RULES **Pool heating is REQUIRED October through April. $50/daily** This is not a profit center. The small daily fee helps cover the energy costs & pool heater maintenance. We do not turn the heater on and off. It is more efficient to heat the entire pool and keep it heated. This keeps the cost down in comparison to other Airbnb pools (similar pools are $50-$95 to heat daily). *Pool heater is set comfortably at 84-88 degrees (depending on the month). *Pool heating will be billed after booking & for the ENTIRE STAY. *Pool does not need to be heated mid to late May through mid September. *Pool is serviced twice weekly. Usually Sundays/Mondays & Thursdays/Fridays. (Times subject to change) Have fun traveling to Sunny Scottsdale! Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, guest house, pool, & yard. Please no PETS or SERVICE ANIMALS we are highly allergic to animal dander, due to this we are unable to use the home if there has been animals present. Please respect our home. Thank you. Scottsdale has adopted a new noise ordinance to help protect the neighbors and neighborhood from unruly/loud vacation rental properties. This ordinance shall pertain to any and all properties located in Scottsdale, AZ. In effect if the police are called for nuisance party or noise disturbance up to a $2,500 fine could be assessed to the guests. If this happens you will be charged for the fine.
