This home also offers a very spacious independent access to the backyard, and a huge seating area. Essential amenities are provided. The space This modern, newly-built in-law unit is super clean, airy, open and filled with natural light. This space is designed to be clutter-free, kid-friendly with hard wood floors throughout. In the living room, there is a West Elm futon and a mattress for extra space. The kitchenette has all the essentials needed for your stay (also includes a wine cooler). This home also offers a very spacious private independent access to the backyard, which has a big play structure and a huge seating area. Essential amenities are provided including sink, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots, plates, glasses and flatware. Complimentary coffee and tea provided along with shampoo and conditioner. There is a smart TV in the living room with access to Netflix, Amazon, Prime Video, and on-demand TV. The bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet for your use. Connected to the bedroom is an aesthetically designed large, spacious (en suite) bath with all the amenities. This is a non-smoking home. Any smoking of cigarettes must be done out near the street in front of the house. No vaping or marijuana smoking is allowed on any part of the premises as we have children in the main part of the house. Please note: Street parking only (should be able to find a spot within a block). Guest access You'll have complete access to the downstairs guest space with a dedicated entrance from the main entrance. You may also access the downstairs backyard. Note, you are welcome to use the Playstructure (worn but still functional; our kids use it) The upstairs of the house are off-limits as we reside there with our family. Other things to note Please read HOUSE RULES before booking. By booking with us you are bound by our house rules. Violation of our rules will lead to immediate termination of your stay. This place allows up to 3 guests total (queen bed + futon). No unauthorized guests/visitors. Please note we are a family of 4 and live upstairs and will be available if need be.
