Welcome to our cozy 3-BD 2-BA retreat in Glendora, nestled near the San Gabriel Mountains. Inside you'll discover a tastefully decorated living space where every detail has been thoughtfully arranged .The open-concept layout allows for easy flow between the living, dining and kitchen areas, making it a breeze to spend quality time together. This 2,100 sqft haven offers a peaceful escape. The space Upon entry you're immediately drawn in by an open floor plan that flows naturally throughout the home. Tasteful appointments w/an eye towards detail perfectly describes this warm, inviting space. This beautifully decorated home has plenty of room for the entire family to spread out. On the main level there are 2 bedrooms & 1 bath with TVs’s in each room sizes 50 and 65 inches . Additionally there are separate living & family rooms with TV’s size 75 inches and 80, plus separate formal and family dining areas. The gorgeous chef’s kitchen is an entertainers dream, complete w/all stainless steel appliances & separate laundry room. Upstairs is a gorgeous ensuite master bedroom that enjoys a lovely mountain view with addition to a 50 inch TV for your leisure. Step through the sliding doors onto a private balcony that overlooks the entire backyard & pool area. Guest access Guest will have full use of the entire home during their stay. Other things to note House Rules 1.) No smoking/vaping indoors. 2.) No parties/get togethers without prior consent from the owner. 3.) No illegal substances of any kind whatsoever on premises. 4.) No excessively loud noise outdoors after 9pm. 5.) No photo/video shoot without prior consent from owner. 6.) No pets allowed. (Owner has severe allergies) * Failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in immediate eviction & forfeiture of rents/deposits.* 8.)No rearranging of furniture. 9.)No eating/drinking on furniture, or bedroom’s 10.)No shoes indoors. * Failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in assessment of damage, or extra cleaning fees*
