Small studio-size guest house on large, quiet, wooded property. Privacy and kitchenette make this non-smoking hideaway perfect for multi-night stays. Convenient to downtown Dallas and the southern Dallas suburbs. Kitchen has mini-fridge+freezer, coffee maker, microwave. Coffee, tea, cutlery & basic food prep and storage items are provided. Queen bed with memory-foam mattress. Fold-out foam chair for additional sleeping space. Half-bath with shower & toilet. The space This is a very quiet, private space. It's away from the house, and we're on a wooded lot, so it doesn't at all feel like you're in the city. Note: We have a steep driveway that can be intimidating. Very rarely, it's a problem for low-slung or low-powered cars. There is a chicken coop near the tiny house, with several hens. Thanks to the woods, we also get wildlife, including some friendly raccoons. Guest access You will have the entire space to yourselves. We leave the door open for you, with the key code on the back of the door.
