The guest room has 32" Samsung Smart HD LED TV and has valid Netflix subscription for unli movies, TV shows etc. Guests can also mirror cellphones to this Smart TV., Alexa Echo Voice Command connected to fast Fibr internet 300 Mbps to 500 Mbps (We both have PLDT, and Globe as back up). We also have gasoline generator and power stations just in case of brownout. Own T&B w/ hot and cold shower. Private entrance going to your balcony and room. Guests can also stay and use the balcony infront of the room. Balcony can also be locked by guests by a provided padlock. Microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, insect killer, board games etc can be used in the balcony exclusive for guests' use for free. Refrigerator, fully auto washing machine with 100% dryer machine with minimal fee. Walking distance outside the village is a nearby restaurant (Hall of Plate Cafe and Restaurant, pls. check their FB), and small grocery (same building as Hall of Plate's), Living Frames Cafe plus several stores along Catalino Drive. There are 3 other food stalls near Hall of Plate, across the hiway. Walking distance to church as well, St. Joseph Church w/ fully covered basketball and badminton courts at the back of the church
