Standing at the road facing the gulf, there is a wooden walkway about 40 yards to your left between 2 houses. It has a small wooden sign that says "Summer House West Beach Access". No parking of RVs, trailers or watercraft allowed onsite. Boats can be dropped at the public ramp and then the boat can be tied to the Summerhouse West private pier to fish the lagoon. Boat trailers can not be parked on the premises, it can however be parked short term at Pier 55 for a fee, 1 mile down the road, or at one of the many marinas in the area. Other things to note Vacation Homes Collection does not rent to groups of guests under 25 years through AirBNB. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. CHECK IN IS AT 4PM. No exceptions at this time.
