My Island Home is comfortable and spacious lodging for up to ten guests. Combine our two houses, "Le Studio" and "La Galerie", and get together on the 50 sq. meter adjoining terrace around the pool. Situated on a secure and well-planted property, these two atypical homes each offer you everything you need for a enjoyable stay on Huahine. With our 4 complementary bikes you are just 10 minutes rides away from the town of Fare, beaches, activities and archeological sites. The space My Island home is an atypical modular house all in wood composed of "Le Studio" and "La Galerie". They combine ideally to accommodate large families or groups. Previously forming a friendly tropical family home, it can let you hear the life around it: the people in your group in the other module, occasional barking, the cars, cyclists sometimes with their music... Its location will offer you a total immersion in the real life of the island every day. (Don't worry, if you feel overwhelmed by the experience or are a light sleeper, we provide free earplugs upon request if they are not already in your accommodation.) Le Studio: Is a one-story house. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, burners, a microwave oven and large work surfaces. This living space has a dining table and two bed-size settees. The private bathroom with hot water shower is just steps from the kitchen door. A small covered terrace in front of the house with a table and chairs is another option to the terrace's shared tables for eating outside. Upstairs, accessible by an outside staircase, you will find a large airy bedroom with a queen size bed (two places) and possibility of a single bed. La Galerie: Is a multiple level house with a mezzanine. The entrance from the terrace leads you to the large family room which consists of a living room, the kitchen and a dining area. Two settees in the living room serve as beds for groups of more than two people. The equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals comfortably. The dining table is more intimate option to the shared tables on the terrace. A second more private terrace, opening from the kitchen, provides access to a more private garden with banana trees and flowering shrubs. Above the living room, the mezzanine offers a third sleeping area with two single mattresses, lights, fan and a view over the kitchen and dining table. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (two places) and very spacious storage spaces so that you can completely unpack your luggage and feel at home. The bathroom adjoining this bedroom is also accessible from the back garden. Please note that this is rather open to the bedroom, so anyone with privacy issues should be warned that bath time will definitely need to be accommodated. Availability is very limited because the two houses, available individually, must be free at the same time. Guests wishing to book for cultural or sporting events, such as the Heiva or Hawaiki Nui, should make their reservations as soon as possible. Guest access You have access at all times to the terrace and relaxing pool. There are tables and chairs in the shaded area of the terrasses if you wish to dine outdoors. The terrace is also a nice spot for star-gazing as the day winds down. The house in the back is a private residence. Other things to note In your kitchen, you'll find breakfast supplies : coffee, tea, sugar and butter.. Every morning we will deliver fresh baguette free of charge to your terrace, so you don't have to start your day with a shopping trip. We live in a tropical climate with the mosquitos that come with it, despite our best efforts to treat the property you may encounter some of those uninvited guest. This is why you'll find mosquito nets above the beds and electric anti-mosquito machines in the bedroom and the living room.
