In the common area, coin operated washer/dryer, ice maker and BBQ area. Unit 5 is conveniently located downstairs poolside with a view of Tarpon Bay. The screened porch is perfect for relaxing sunsets. The unit has had extensive remodeling completed early December 2023. Our kitchen is equipped with new cabinets and appliances - stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and dual coffee maker (can handle a pot of coffee or and individual keurig cup of coffee.)
