Located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. The whole house including front and back yard is accessible to guests. Always available by phone or text. Close to downtown Emmett, the Gem Island park, the Payette River. Guests are welcome to park on the road in front of the house. There is also parking behind the house. There is a wash machine and dryer in the house. There is also a gym a couple blocks away from the house. They have day passes week passes and monthly passes. Their number is in the book in the house.
