Mini villa located in a residence between sea and mountain, ideal for visiting South Corsica. The pool is open from April 15 to October 28 every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. You can enjoy the petanque court and a playground. The residence overlooks Cupabia Bay accessible by car (10 min) or by hiking trails (between 30-45 min). This house is ideal for a holiday for couples, family or friends. Pets are welcome. The space Charming mini villa, quiet and shaded, composed of an entrance, a separate toilet, a bathroom (with a bathtub), a bedroom (with double bed in 140 x 190 and storage), a living room (with a sofa convertible into 140 x 190, a dining area, plenty of storage, a TV and wifi), a small well-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, 2-burner hob, a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle...), a dishwasher, a washing machine, a beautiful terrace on the north side with outdoor furniture (table, 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, electric barbecue). This terrace is shaded under the pines, which is pleasant in summer. You can enjoy more of the sun on the small green space on the bedroom side. The villa is easy to access, not too far from the entrance of the residence. It's quiet and peaceful. The swimming pool is located further down towards the children's games and the petanque court.
