CHECK IN 4PM CHECK OUT 10AM This property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, The space Whitetail Mountain Lodge is an adorable, 2 bedroom with additional sleeping loft, 3 full bath cabin, located in the Coosawattee River Resort in Ellijay. This cabin is off the beaten path, is semi private and has a beautiful wooded view. The cabin was appropriately named being this area is known to be home to many Whitetail Deer. * King Master with private bath and 32" Smart TV on main floor * Queen Master with private bath on terrace level (Walk In Shower) * Loft with (2) Twin Beds on upper level * Spacious Living Area with 55" Smart TV * Fully Equipped Kitchen with Dining Table that seats 6 - Drip Coffee Pot * Small Den with Sofa and 44" Smart TV * Screened in back porch * Charcoal Grill (charcoal not provided) * Hot Tub * Fire Pit (wood not provided) with seating *Electric Fireplace * Dog Friendly (limit 2, 50 lbs. or less) Other things to note All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing: Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans Linens for each bed, (2) bath towels (1) hand towel (1) wash cloth per person listed on reservation, dressers or closets for clothing storage, central heat & air, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls. In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 roll per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle). MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE FOR RENTERS AND GUESTS (UNLESS ACCOMPANIED FOR A PARENT/GUARDIAN) IF THIS IS A LAST MINUTE RESERVATION(LESS THAN 2 WEEKS TO CHECK IN) YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COME TO THE OFFICE FIRST TO CHECK IN TO RECEIVE THE DIRECTIONS/LOCK BOX CODE. PLEASE SURE TO BRING YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH YOU. DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST. Please respond no later than 7 days prior to check in. Additional fees may apply if you choose to send in later than the 7 days.
