Walk several amazing hiking trials in close neighborhood or feel the harmony in the harbour. Eat a good lunch or dinner in close restaurang. In summer the kiosk is open and every tuesday there is a show of old cars in area. House includes big master bed (double bed), an armchair bed and one standard movable floor mattress upstairs plus movable crib for baby child. Big size sofa bed (double bed) downstairs. Max 5 full size bed places + 1 smal children cot. Guest access Enjoy the newly renovated accommodation with free parking and access to communal house with several showers, toilets and wash/drying machines. Bathing jetty with ladder in front of the house. Canoe included for 3-4 persons with oars and life jackets. Aircondition and heatcondition available. Hot and cold (drinkable) municipal water. Hot plates, oven, coffe maker, kettle and microwave. Glasses, plates, bowls and set of knife/fork/spoons and other good kitchen-ware available. Frying oil, salt, pepper, instant coffee, tea, toilet paper, coffee filter, washing-up liquid and detergent are included. Hand dish tools and washing up liquid provided and drying rack in the cabinet. Everything except bed covers, towels, food and regular coffee is included. Children playground in close area. Sauna can be rented on sauna where instructions provided. Bikes, cayaks and canoes can be rented. Free fishing posibilities with fish cleaning room also free to use. There are 3 ramps in Sunnanå that you can freely use to put the boat in. Both wharf to park your boat and ramp to put it in can be directly seen from house. Fee for boat place is 50 SEK per day which is paid on site using Swish which I can help you with if you want or I can help you with more information if needed. For those interested in organized fishing trips, local fishermen offer trips of varying extent. Two restaurants in area. Several barbecue areas available. Amazing hiking trials you will never forget. Vita Sannar beach is one hiking with long beach, heated pool, kiosk and adventure golf. Mellerud golf course is in close area with 18 holes. Volleyball court is free to use. Wifi is included. Good phone and data coverage. Tv with basic range of tv channels available with DVD player and good dvd movies.
