Henrietta Haven - Dog Friendly, Near RIT

Henrietta Haven is dog friendly location (with fenced in yard) centrally located in the Rochester area. Located just off 390, 15 minutes to Rochester airport, 13 minutes to Strong Hospital, 30 minutes to Canandaigua, and minutes to many local eateries & shopping. Your family and friends are a 12 minute drive to RIT as well as 15 minute drive to Pittsford. The space: - 3 bedrooms - 1 king bed (memory foam) - 1 queen bed (memory foam) - coffee maker - in-unit washer and dryer - dishwasher The space This home offers two living rooms, one with a TV, and another with a couch, chair, and office desk. Additionally, a fully functional kitchen and 6-person island to eat at, full bathroom with shower/tub upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. Upstairs sleeping arrangements include one California king, one private queen bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds (can be pushed together to be queen). All mattresses are Zinus memory foam and are brand new. Can be a little firm until it is used more. Two car driveway leaves room for four cars. On-street parking is free but park in the driveway if possible. The space is perfect for a romantic getaway, girls trip, or family vacation! Other things to note Pets allowed for $90 upcharge per pet Self Check-In Keypad Check-In Time: 4:00 Checkout Time: 10:00 AM (Earlier check-in or later checkout by request only) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house for the entirety of their stay. Other things to note You can expect the place to be exactly as pictured and perfectly clean upon your arrival. Dog poop left will incur $150 charge.
