Our family will be delighted to welcome you to Saint-Civran. Marte & Nicolas The space The accommodation has a living room and an open-plan kitchen. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a large double bed (180 cm), a bathroom, a toilet, and a room that can be used as an office or an extra bedroom with a 140-cm bed. The outdoor area consists of a private terrace surrounded by greenery. Guest access Entirely private 1 stay 1 kitchen 1 Bedroom 1 bath 1 wc 1 extra bedroom 1 terrace Other things to note The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker (oven + burners). For heating (excluding the bathroom), the house is equipped with a wood-burning stove that you will be responsible for fueling; wood is provided of course... a small supplementary kerosene stove is also available. It is forbidden to connect your electric vehicle to an extension cord from the accommodation. Charging station 7 km away. If you want an extra hour on the morning of departure and to wait until 11 AM, please let me know at the time of booking or in any case as soon as possible.
