Although so close to town, this home is set back from road and is very quiet. Drive, bike, walk, uber. During special town events, parking in town may be an issue but close enough to walk and leave your car safely at the house! Visit nianticmainstreet orgsite for info on town events that may impact your visit. There is a piano you are welcome to use, as well as an acoustic guitar with optional amp. A music stand is available as well as lots of piano sheet music. There is a wood burning fireplace which I prefer not be used by guests unless specifically agreed upon at check in, one Duraflame log only. The host may work in the yard during longer guest stays, and cleaning / linen change is also available during longer stays.
