The space Our luxurious loft apartment's rooftop location and immediate proximity to the bathhouse/art district make it a unique offering in Hot Springs. In the heart of Bathhouse Row, it's near art galleries, great local restaurants, shopping, entertainment, hiking, and bathhouses, of course. Enjoy the activity from our rooftop deck or street side. You'll find a gourmet kitchen, master bath with a walk-in shower, queen bed with luxury cotton linens, walk-in closet, access to a laundry room with washer and dryer, dedicated secure high-speed Wi-Fi connection, with Roku and free streaming(no cable), and a large rooftop walkway with decks for morning coffee or evening drinks! The loft has been set up to be business ready with luxurious surroundings. So whether you’re visiting for work or a getaway, this loft, designed for two people, is the perfect spot for your Hot Springs stay. Guest access Your loft (3A) is located on the top floor of our historic commercial building in downtown Hot Springs. There are two other Airbnb rentals on this floor, 3B and 3C. Enter the building using either three steps or a slightly inclined ramp. An elevator provides easy access to the 3rd floor, as well as stairs. There is free parking in our lot (KARICOLE PARKING) immediately across the street from the entrance you’ll be using. The three airbnb spaces are the first three on the right as you enter the lot. Your space is 3A. Stairs to our large rooftop walkway and deck are immediately out your kitchen door. The roof deck is shared with other guests but there are a number of separate seating areas. Bicycles are stored in the laundry room adjacent to the elevator, and are shared with other guests. The primary building occupants on the front, street level are Beverly’s (an upscale apparel shop) and the US Post Office. On the 2nd floor are our business offices, an art gallery, an internet provider service, and a healing center (crystal healer, hypnotherapist, acupuncturist, and chiropractors). These areas of the building are accessible during regular business hours. Other things to note Check In is after 3pm and Check Out is by 11am, but these times are often flexible. Check with me if you'd like to arrive earlier or stay later. Most likely it will be fine!. This loft does have two stairs leading up to the bathroom and bedroom area. Our other Lofts do not have stairs and would be a better choice for anyone who would have a difficult time navigating steps.
