The kitchen is fully equipped with modern cookware, updated appliances, cabinets, and countertops. A compact island offers seating for two and opens into the dining area, which can accommodate an additional six guests. The living space features a cozy sofa, ideal for enjoying the gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. A private deck offers a view of the Winter Park Ski Resort. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and grants access to the second bathroom located in the hallway. Located in building 16, situated within the upper cul-de-sac of buildings 15 – 20, this site is a short walk from the main clubhouse and has a complimentary town shuttle stop just a few steps from the building’s entrance. The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. All guests must complete registration form to provide credit card, email and phone number. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
