Holidays Costa Blanca Villas - Matimi The space Welcome to Matimi, a charming country house set in the heart of nature in Benissa, a true oasis of serenity with panoramic views of the sea and the majestic surrounding mountains. Located in the picturesque village of Benimallunt, this property is literally immersed in the mountains, surrounded by lush Mediterranean nature, where the only sound you will hear is the melodic chirping of birds and the rustle of the wind in the trees. This retreat is the perfect destination for those looking for a few days of rest and relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle, with the possibility to explore hiking trails and live the authentic agrotourism experience. Matimi, an old house renovated for modern comfort, offers you six charming rooms spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find three triple bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, a cosy living room perfect for enjoying TV or games, and a bathroom with shower. From here, you will have direct access to the swimming pool, creating a fluid space between indoors and outdoors. Upstairs, three more bedrooms await you, each with double beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort. The kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, becomes the heart of the house. In addition, you can enjoy the glazed Riu Rau, with its dining area and living room with sofa bed and television, as well as another bathroom with shower. The house has a private swimming pool where you can spend refreshing days, relaxing on the sun loungers and enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding nature, the imposing Oltà mountain range, the emblematic Peñón de Ifach and the shimmering sea in the distance. For the little ones, there is a large play area surrounded by nature, offering a safe space for their amusement. If you wish to explore the area, in less than 15 minutes by car, you can immerse yourself in the spectacular old town of Benissa, discover the idyllic coves or delight in the varied gastronomic and cultural offerings that Calpe has to offer. Guest access The collection of keys will take place in our office located in Plaza Benimarco,3, Benissa, Alicante next to the Restaurant Cañis. Other things to note Upon arrival, a block will be made on the card as a deposit of €700. · For sanitary reasons, salt, oil, pepper and chopsticks are not provided.
