Modern and bright one-bedroom apartment of about 45 sqm overlooking the greenery of the park in front, located on the first floor (with lift) of an elegant residential building near the center of Bologna and the train station. The space We ask our guests to carefully read the “House rules” and the information relating to parking (available in the area “Where you'll be” - “Getting around”). Equipped with air conditioning, the apartment consists of a cozy and bright living area with sofa/double bed, dining table for 4 people and a brand new custom-made and perfectly equipped kitchen. From this room it is possible to access – through a french door – to a large terrace overlooking the internal garden. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers with TV and a large built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a comfortable crystal shower and washing machine.
