The house is on a very wide canal, but water levels can fluctuate. If you are bringing a boat, please request and we will happily check for you. LIABILITY WAIVER: All activities on the property, including but not limited to the use of kayaks, the boat dock, and swimming, are undertaken AT YOUR OWN RISK. The owner is not liable for any injuries. PROPANE GRILL: A propane grill is provided for your use. A tank is provided. If it runs out during your stay, you can exchange it at the nearby Dollar General. We kindly ask that you leave the tank at checkout. EXTRA PROPANE OPTION: If you would like an extra, full propane tank available upon your arrival, we can provide one for a fee. The cost is $30 (if you provide an empty tank for exchange) or $60 (without an exchange). Please let us know in advance if you would like this service.
