This beautiful lake house is in a private gated community with a huge yard! Bring your boat to our dock and settle in for some fun on the lake. There is a large fire pit area in the back and a party deck above the dock! The Pier area is great for fishing or swimming! This is the perfect lakeside getaway! The space 3 bed/2 bath open concept home with full kitchen and additional adjacent coffee bar room.The Garage has been converted into an airconditioned game room! Guest access Guests will have have access to the entire home and boathouse area. This is a gated community, and you will receive all info needed prior to check-in. Other things to note Please respect neighboring private property. Use of Kayaks, boat dock, swimming or other activities is AT YOUR OWN RISK! The grill is propane. There is always a tank there to exchange at Dollar General up the road is needed. We do not provide. We do ask that you leave the tank at checkout.
