The space Situated on the first floor of a residential property, this apartment features two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The rear bedroom boasts a small terrace offering a magnificent view of the "Tourelle" mountain, while the front bedroom has its own terrace overlooking the coastal road, just a block away from beach access. The living area encompasses a fully equipped American kitchen complete with utensils, kitchen cutlery, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, oven, and gas plates. Flowing seamlessly, the living and dining area opens onto a spacious terrace, merging with the lush vegetation of the front garden at ground level. Relaxing seating arrangements are provided, creating a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in a refreshing atmosphere or savor dinner while witnessing the stunning sunsets. This open-plan living concept in a tropical setting ensures excellent airflow and natural light throughout the year, complemented by the option of air-conditioning for cooler nights. The property also offers ample shopping, dining, and recreational facilities in the surrounding area. We have guests in the ground floor apartment, and we also stay occasionally to refresh and relax and also to make sure that our guests are satisfied with everything we have to offer. Check-in typically begins at 14:00, and check-out is at 10:00, but we are flexible based on our booking schedule. Self-check-in options are available, and we strive to accommodate the specific needs of our guests to ensure a pleasant stay. Guest access The property is bordered by two streets, and guests access the apartment through the back street, leading into a tropically designed green garden. Feel free to enjoy the serene back garden at your convenience. For your convenience, parking spaces for two cars are available within the property, adjacent to the garden. Additional free parking spaces can be found on the street. To enhance security, keys for the back gate will be provided, giving you control and peace of mind during your stay. Our guests on the ground floor apartment access the property from the front street. The front garden is dedicated to them solely.
